Refund Policy
we provide custom, made-to-order services that are tailored to each client's needs. Due to the nature of this work, all sales are considered final.
Refund After Project Start
Once a project has begun and work is underway, NO refunds will be issued.
This includes cases where the client changes their mind, cancels the project, or is dissatisfied without valid breach of agreement.
Partial Refund Before Work Starts
If a client decides to cancel a project before any work has commenced, a partial refund may be issued. However, an administrative fee 20% may be deducted from the original payment.
Project Modifications Instead of Refunds
We offer limited revisions based on the original project scope.
These revision rounds are clearly defined in the initial agreement.
Refunds will not be provided in place of revisions.
Customized Services Exception (EU Law)
According to § 312g BGB (German Civil Code), services that are custom-made or initiated with the customer's explicit consent are excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal. By hiring us and agreeing to start the project, you acknowledge and accept this condition.
Disputes
In case of any disputes, we encourage direct communication to reach a fair and professional resolution. If necessary, legal recourse will be handled under the jurisdiction of German law.
